Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali on Wednesday said that he was scared to comment on all-rounder Shadab Khan’s social media posts.

The development comes after the pacer was criticised for his comments on the microblogging site X, formerly known as Twitter, recently.

Earlier, Hasan had shared Shadab's pictures on his X account with a caption in Urdu language to show love and appreciation for his teammate. However, a website’s user did not like this and stated that the players should be taught how to use social media.

However, Shadab posted a long paragraph on his X account slamming the user saying that he does not feel any shame in adopting his culture.

Shadab is currently part of the Pakistan squad for the three-match ODI series against Afghanistan, which is taking place in Sri Lanka.

The Men in Green won the first ODI on Tuesday in Hambantota by 142 runs after a five-wicket haul by pacer Haris Rauf.

Meanwhile, Hasan Ali has been out of the national side in limited-overs cricket since 2022 and recently took part in the Lanka Premier League where he represented Dambulla Aura.
