England's Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), which is currently touring Pakistan, will reportedly be at the Punjab Stadium in Lahore this evening to watch the 2020 Kabaddi World Cup final between arch-rivals India and Pakistan.

Sources privy to the matter told Geo News that the MCC players expressed their desire to watch the blockbuster final, and the PCB has obliged.

It means that the Kumar Sangakkara-led club will be in the stands watching the game when it kicks off at 7pm tonight.

The MCC is in Pakistan to play four exhibition matches against local clubs. It started the tour by defeating Lahore Qalandars and is scheduled to face Pakistan Shaheens today at Aitchison College ground today.

Quite how the MCC will make it to Punjab Stadium after playing a full 50-over match is a question for the PCB to ponder.
