The 29-year-old, currently representing Karachi Kings in the ninth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), has expressed his ambition to earn a place in the national team through diligent effort and notable performances, with the goal of attracting the attention of the selectors.

"My wish and effort are to become part of the national team in the World Cup. I am working hard for this and want to grab the selectors' attention with my performance," Hasan said while speaking to media in Karachi.

Hasan's side Karachi has played five games in PSL 9 so far where they have lost three and won two. They are currently placed fifth at the points table.

Regarding the performance of franchises in PSL 9, Hasan Ali said, "We are playing good cricket in the league. We suffered defeats in two tough matches, but we will try to win the next matches and make Karachi's fans happy with victories."
