KARACHI: Pakistan will not be looking to make any change out of the box for T20 Asia Cup 2022 final against Sri Lanka which is scheduled today in Dubai.

There are several gossips related to the inclusion of Haider Ali in place of Iftikhar Ahmed. But, sources told Geo Super that Pakistan will go with a winning combination from their breakthrough victory against Afghanistan.

Naseem Shah, who proved his mettle in the shorter format in this Asian event, will return to the playing XI. Babar Azam's deputy Shadab Khan will also return to the final XI against Sri Lanka.

They both were rested in a dead rubber against Sri Lanka on Friday. Usman Qadir and Hassan Ali played in that match.

Meanwhile, Shahnawaz Dahani, who recovered from the injury, will also sit on the bench. Mohammad Hasnain, who replaced Dahani, did well by taking four wickets in three matches while maintaining his economy.
