DUBAI: Pakistan's wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan overtook India's Virat Kohli in a T20 international record during the Asia Cup 2022 clash between India and Pakistan here at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday.
Rizwan was sensational against India in the Super Four clash, as he scored 71 runs in 51 balls. With the knock, he gathered 1855 runs in 48 innings, becoming the second batter with the most runs in 48 innings, while Kohli managed to amass 1852 runs in 48 innings.
Meanwhile, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam has managed to bag 1916 runs in the first 48 innings of his career, and is placed first in the list.
