Pakistan's Qaiser loses Bronze medal fight in Islamic Games 2022

After putting up a great show in Repechage fight, Pakistani Judoka failed to get off the mark in medal contest

TURKEY: Pakistan's Judoka Qaiser lost to Tajikistan's Abu Bakar Akbar in the Bronze medal fight of Judo event in Islamic Games 2022 here on Tuesday. 

After putting up a great show in Repechage fight, Pakistani Judoka failed to get off the mark in medal contest.

Earlier, Qaiser beat Morocco's Muhammad Lehboob in Repechage fight to set medal contest with Tajikistan's opponent. 

It must be noted here that Pakistani contingent has so far bagged two medals in the Islamic Games 2022. Javelin Thrower Arshad Nadeem bagged Gold medal whereas Altaf-ur-Rehman won Bronze in the Para Table Tennis event.
