KARACHI: Tyson Fury has urged Derek Chisor to accept his offer to face him in a trilogy battle.

The 33-year-old WBC heavyweight champion announced his retirement following his final victory against Dillian Whyte in April.

Fury, who has defeated veteran heavyweight Chisora twice, announced in a statement on Instagram that he has made an offer to the fighter.

"You're running, Derek, from the trilogy. You call yourself war, you should call yourself chicken," Fury said.

In a points victory over Kubrat Pulev in July, Chisora has defied calls for him to retire.

After beating Pulev to snap a three-fight losing streak, Chisora declared that he wanted to face either Deontay Wilder or Tyson Fury.

"I've decided to come back to boxing because I can be the first heavyweight world champion in history to have two trilogies," added Fury.

"I'd always say I'd fight Derek Chisora at the end of my career."

Before defeating Chisora in their rematch three years later, Fury defeated Chisora in 2011 on points.

Eddie Hearn, Chisora's promoter, said last week that Chisora had received a proposal from Fury's team but had rejected it because it "wasn't enough money."
