Dale Steyn calls Babar Azam 'best batter' across all formats

KARACHI: Former South African pacer Dale Steyn called Babar Azam 'best batter' across all formats of the game. 

In social media era, fans often get to interact with cricket stars and ask questions from them. 

Steyn hosted a Twitter question/answer session on Thursday during which a Pakistan-favorite question arrived. "Who's the best batsman across all formats currently in your opinion?" a Pakistani Twitter user asked. 

"Maybe Babar? He’s pretty darn good," the former pacer replied. 

Earlier on Thursday, Australia's former great all-rounder Shane Watson ranked Babar as second best Test batter in the world.
