Karachi Kings have replaced Mohammad Ilyas with Pakistan pacer Usman Khan Shinwari for the rest of the ongoing seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Mohammad Ilyas has been ruled out of the tournament after a severe shoulder injury, which he sustained in Karachi Kings' six-wicket loss against Lahore Qalandars.
Ilyas has played in all three matches for Karachi Kings, conceding 71 runs in six overs bowled by the 22-year-old.
Left-arm pacer Usman Khan Shinwari has been approved as a replacement for Mohammad Ilyas by the PSL technical committee for the remainder of the tournament.
Karachi Kings are set to clash with Peshawar Zalmi in their fourth match of the seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League at the National Cricket Stadium Karachi.
