KARACHI: A female fan in New Zealand proposed Pakistan's vice-captain Shadab Khan for marriage.
Shadab interacted with fans in a local hotel before leaving for airport to fly for Brisbane. During his interaction, a girl from the bunch of fans proposed him for marriage.
After the cricketer left the hotel, the girl talked in a video and shared that she loves Shadab.
"I like Shadab because he is really a good player," said the girl. He gave me his trousers and shirt which is a really nice gift," she added.
"Do you like Shadab," she was asked. "Yes, I love him. I told him that I love and to marry me," the girl shared.
Pakistan team reached Brisbane today for T20 World Cup 2022 participation. The green shirts will play warm-up game against England on October 17 and against England on October 19.
They will face arch-rivals in India in their first match of the mega event on October 23.
