The 2nd Eliminator Match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2021 is being played between Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Islamabad United are the most decorated PSL side, winning the tournament twice – in 2016 and 2018. No other side has won it more than once. They are, however, coming off a horror campaign that saw them finish last and miss out on the play-offs.

Peshawar Zalmi have won PSL once in 2017 and finished as losing finalist on two other occasions. They made it to the play-offs last year but only just and were eliminated in the first hurdle.
