Karachi Kings’ Australian all-rounder Dan Christian has withdrawn from the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed today.

“Dan Christian has decided to withdraw from HBL PSL 6,” PCB said in a media release.

“The Karachi Kings’ all-rounder from Australia will leave for Dubai on a 12 0’clock flight today.”

Christian’s decision to leave the T20 tournament came after PCB confirmed that three more players tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday. While the players were unnamed, they are most likely from Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars.

A virtual meeting will be held today between PSL’s organizing committee and team owners and management to decide the future of the PSL six.
