'Shallow-minded approach exposed': Mohammad Hafeez claps back at Sarfaraz Ahmed
In the latest back-and-forth, veteran all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez has indirectly called his former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed "shallow-minded" without naming him explicitly.
The Twitter beef had begun when Hafeez went overboard in his appreciation of current Pakistan wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan, referring to him as "the number one" and rubbing his ascension in the face of his glove rival Sarfaraz, who took an exception and responded in a rare show of aggression.
Mohammad Amir, too, had sided with Sarfaraz against longtime rival Hafeez.
Hafeez, having seen both Sarfaraz and Amir team up against him, has, in a separate tweet, said: "Shallow-minded approach EXPOSED!"
The man nicknamed Professor did not name Sarfaraz but it was clear who it was meant for.
