Ilia Topuria trains with Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos

Ilia Topuria has been seen training with Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos as he is dealing with personal life issues outside the UFC.

UFC lightweight champion Topuria has been on a break from the sport due to personal reasons.

Following Topuria’s announcement in November that he will be on the sidelines, UFC CEO Dana White announced the fight between Paddy Pimblett and Justin Gaethje for the interim lightweight title, which will take place on January 24.

'El Matador' has now made public that he was facing 'false allegations of domestic abuse', and after that, he received surprise messages of support from the likes of bitter rival Pimblett.

It was then reported that he had attended court for an issue related to his daughter's travel outside of Spain.

A few days later, reports emerged that Topuria had won a court ruling against his ex-wife, Giorgina Uzacategui, following allegations from her requesting to travel from Spain to Miami with their daughter.

On Monday, a video was shared from former Real Madrid defender and Spain international Ramos’ account, training alongside Topuria.

Ramos is one of the greatest defenders in the world and has captained the club in the past, which Topuria supports.

"Let's see who's got the guts here. Let's get down to business," Ramos says at the start of the training video when translated from Spanish.

Ramos then said that it's a 'privilege' that a world champion like himself has collaborated with a two-time world champion like Topuria.

Sergio Ramos has won a FIFA World Cup with Spain in 2010, and Ilia Topuria is the two-division champion, winning the UFC title in the featherweight and lightweight divisions.
