Lahore Qalandars CEO Atif Rana on Tuesday extended an invitation to the young super fan whose video of him weeping inconsolably went viral following the franchise's one-wicket defeat to Islamabad United on Sunday.
The chief executive revealed that his management were attempting to contact the youngster and invite him to meet the Qalandars and witness them play at Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium.
"We were touched by that video. We are trying to contact that kid and we'll invite him not only to meet his favorite team but also to watch our matches from the stadium," Rana told Geo News.
Meanwhile, Peshawar Zalmi skipper Darren Sammy and head coach of Karachi Kings Dean Jones urged the fan to support their respective sides with the latter bribing with free tickets.
