It must be noted Kolkata Knight Riders maintained their unbeaten record and dethroned Rajasthan Royals from the summit of the IPL 2024 standings following a commanding 106-run victory over Delhi Capitals in Visakhapatnam.
Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals suffered a significant blow to their net run rate, causing them to slide further down the rankings; Rishabh Pant's side plummeted from seventh to ninth place.
Mumbai Indians, having failed to secure a victory in their three matches played so far, remain rooted to the bottom of the table.
