Kamarudeen Usman, a Nigerian-American professional mixed martial artist, shared classroom with Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam at Harvard Business School's executive education programme on the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS). 

Usman, who is a former UFC Welterweight Champion, shared a video with Babar who alongside his teammate Mohammad Rizwan was the first cricketer to attend Harvard Business School. 

The UFC fighter shared quality time with Babar and also clicked a selfie with him. The video of the interaction went viral on social media. 

Babar is currently one of the top batters in the world. He holds number one position in the ICC ODI batting rankings. The right-handed batter leads Pakistan in all three formats of the game. 

Under his leadership, Pakistan have so far played the finals of Asia Cup and ICC T20 World Cup in 2022 and finished semi-finalist in T20 World Cup's 2021 edition. 

He alongside Rizwan enrolled in Harvard Business School this year. They both are the first cricketers to join the prestigious programme.

The list of celebrities who have taken the course previously includes footballers Kaka, Edwin van der Sar, Gerard Pique, Oliver Kahn, NFL’s Brandon Marshall, NBA’s Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade and Major League Baseball’s Alex Rodriguez.

Babar and Rizwan successfully completed the course, meanwhile engaged with multiple community people there.
