Two teams are worth over six billion dollars

The American business magazine Forbes revealed a list of the 30 most valuable football clubs that are worth an average of $2.17 billion in the year 2023.

Real Madrid and Manchester United are the top two clubs with a current value of around six billion dollars. Madrid have a current value of 6.07 billion dollars while United are second with 6 billion dollars.

The Los Blancos won the Champions League last season, claiming their record-extending 14th European Cup. In the process, the club also earned 146 million dollars from UEFA - the highest revenue total for last season while Liverpool was the second-highest earning club, beaten by Real Madrid in both revenue and the Champion League final on the pitch.

FC Barcelona and Liverpool are the third and fourth most valuable clubs in the world with the current value of 5.51 and 5.29 billion dollars respectively.

Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are the clubs in the four billion dollar grade. City having a current value of 4.99, Bayern with 4.86 and PSG with 4.21 billion dollars. City is also the team with the highest revenue of 815 million dollars.

Chelsea stands at number eight with 3.1 billion dollars. While Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Juventus are ranked ninth, tenth and eleventh with the current value of 2.8, 2.26 and 2.16 billion dollars respectively.

Borussia Dortmund 1.93, Atletico Madrid with 1.54, AC Milan with 1.4, West Ham United with 1.08, Inter Milan with 1.03 and Los Angeles FC with the current value of 1 billion dollars are the team in the one billion dollars grade.

Atlanta United FC, LA Galaxy, Crystal Palace, New York City FC, Newcastle United, Leicester City, Aston Villa, Everton, Olympique Lyonnais, AS Roma, DC United, Toronto FC and Austin FC are the remaining teams in the top 30 most valuable football clubs.
