Pakistan's middle-order Iftikhar Ahmed, also known as Ifti Mania, asked Karachi people to fill stadium during their remaining three ODIs against New Zealand.

In a video message shared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday, Ahmed requested people to come to the National Stadium.

"Ifti Mania is back in Karachi. I request to the people of Karachi to come to the stadium and enjoy matches," he said.

Ahmed replaced injured Haris Sohail for remaining ODIs in Karachi. He joined the squad yesterday. He is most likely to play the third game which is scheduled tomorrow.

It must be noted here that Haris got shoulder injury after he collided with Shadab Khan during training session ahead of the first ODI in Rawalpindi. He couldn't recover and had to sit out in first two games.

On the other hand, left-handed opener Fakhar Zaman has also urged Karachi fans to come and watch remaining ODIs of five-match series.

"There was massive crowd in Lahore and Rawalpindi. We look forward to a good crowd in Karachi too. I hope Karachi won't disappoint," said Zaman in a PCB video.

Fakhar has played an important role in Pakistan's victory in first two ODIs against the Kiwis. He scored two consecutive centuries to help Pakistan in successful run-chase.

Pakistan beat New Zealand to go 2-0 up in the five-match ODI series. Last three ODIs will be played in Karachi on May 3, 5 and 7.
