Pakistan star pacer Naseem Shah once again responded to questions related to his marriage.

In an event on Wednesday in Karachi, the 19-year-old cricketer said his family would decide about his marriage.

"Ask my father about my marriage. Whenever he finds someone for me, then I will get married. I will marry only on the advice of my father," he said.

Shah also shed light on his cricket journey. "I didn't have anything on my mind that I would go on to play hardball cricket but I had a passion for cricket and people, who had an understanding of cricket, told me that you could play cricket as you bowl well and have pace," he shared.

When he was asked about his memorable moments in cricket so far, the right-arm pacer said: "When I took a hattrick in Test cricket and hit two sixes against Afghanistan."

When Shah, then 16, removed Najmul Hossain Shanto, Taijul Islam, and Mahmudullah on the third day of the first Test against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi, he became the youngest player to take a Test hat-trick

Meanwhile, the bowler surprised everyone with his batting skills during the Asia Cup 2022 when he hit two sixes off Fazalhaq Farooqi to win the game for Pakistan.

The pacer, who will be representing Quetta Gladiators in the upcoming eighth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), said he wants to play all three formats and claimed that maintaining fitness is key to playing all three forms of the game.

Shah will be in action for Gladiators in their first PSL 8 clash against last year's runners-up Multan Sultans at the Multan Cricket Stadium on February 15.

It is worth mentioning here, ahead of the exhibition match between Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi at the Bugti Stadium in Quetta, Shah was appointed as goodwill ambassador of Balochistan Police.

The Balochistan police appointed Shah as the "Honorary DSP" of the force. For this appointment, a ceremony was held at the IG Balochistan Police Office, Quetta, in which the pacer was formally dressed in police uniform and ranks were also installed.
