Tommy Fury has stated that he has temporarily moved out of his house to concentrate on his fight with Jake Paul.

On February 26 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Fury is scheduled to square off against the YouTuber-turned-boxer.

Fury is taking the contest seriously since a loss to the unbeaten YouTuber would be devastating to his own career, in which he has not yet suffered a setback.

"I'm a professional athlete, I'm a professional boxer. My job is not to make little sly jokes and comments on Instagram and social media. I'm in a training camp. I'm in bed nine o'clock every single night, I'm up 4.30/5am running. Solely focused on this man," he said.

"One man is flying around the globe, coming here to do media stuff going here, there and everywhere and you've got one man that's living in a hellhole. I've moved out of my own house, I'm living in a little apartment, I've gone back to the dog mindset.

"And that's what's going to get me through this fight, he's not working as hard as I am, I'm putting the work in. I'm not just putting the work in when the camera's in front of me. All the cameras are off when I'm working."

Fury has already backed out of fights with Paul twice — once because to a rib ailment in December 2021 and again in August 2018 due to a visa issue.

Fury has vowed to stop Paul's streak of victories by stopping the fight in its tracks.

"You're going to see fireworks, it's going to be over inside the distance. There is no way in this world this fight goes to points. The judges, don't bother taking points, because you're not needed," he claimed.
