While representing Tigers against Chattogram Challengers today, Azam scored his maiden century. He led his team to 178-5 in 20 overs. The right-handed batter smacked nine boundaries and eight maximums to score a magnificent hundred.
After having a poor Lanka Premier League (LPL) season last year, Azam proved his power and remained worthy for Tigers. He scored just 30 runs in five innings during the LPL while representing Galle Gladiators.
The right-handed batter will represent Islamabad United in Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 8.
