After Shaheen, Qalandars gift brand new cars to Haris, Fakhar

Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022 champions Lahore Qalandars gifted cars to fast bowler Haris Rauf and opener Fakhar Zaman during a meetup at the Government College University (GCU) in Lahore on Tuesday.

After Qalandars' skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi was presented with a brand new car following PSL 7 victory, Haris and Fakhar are the latest addition to franchise's cars club. 

The Chief Executive Office of Qalandars, Atif Rana, said: "The players of Lahore Qalandars play with passion and it is very important to take care of them."

Rana also vowed to keep taking utmost care of their players.

On the other hand, the players also acknowledged the efforts of the Qalandar's management, claiming that they take care of them like a family.

The management of Qalandars and cricketers Shaheen, Haris, and Fakhar received a grand welcome on their arrival at the Oval Ground of the university, where the cars were handed over to the players.

Meanwhile, GCU Vice Chancellor (VC) Asghar Zaidi thanked the management of Lahore Qalandars for organizing the ceremony in front of the students.

It must be noted here that Qalandars organized a meet and greet with the support of the Punjab Food Authority at GCU auditorium, which involved an interaction between the cricketers and fans.

The draft for the eighth edition of the PSL took place in Karachi on 15 December.

The PSL 8 is scheduled to take place next year from February 13 to March 19 in Karachi, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Lahore.
