Badminton star Palwasha Bashir apologizes to her fans

Pakistan's badminton star Palwasha Bashir once again fell prey to injury which ruled her out of action for some time.

In an emotional Twitter post, Palwasha apologized to her coaches, fans, and training partners as she will not be able to continue playing for some time due to injury. 

"To my badminton family & beyond. This is to inform you all on my injury situation. Keep me in your prayers," she wrote. 

In March this year, Palwasha suffered a severe injury that ruled her out of the Commonwealth Games 2022 and national tournaments. 

Later on in October, Palwasha returned to badminton action and shined brightly in International Badminton Championship that took place in Egypt. 

Alongside her partner Raja Hasnain, Palwasha won back-to-back games for Pakistan to play the mixed doubles final in the championship.
