PAK vs BAN: Netizens call out decision to declare Rizwan 'man-of-the-match' instead of Nawaz

CHRISTCHURCH: Mohammad Rizwan scored the highest 69 runs against Bangladesh to bag the man-of-the-match award in T20I tri-series but fans think either way. 

According to popular opinion on social media soon after Pakistan beat Bangladesh by seven wickets, Nawaz should be the man-of-the-match instead of Rizwan. 

Netizens called out the decision to declare Rizwan 'man-of-the-match' instead of Nawaz who paced Pakistan's scoring rate while chasing 174 runs. 

Rizwan scored 69 runs at a strike rate of 123.21 whereas Nawaz scored 45 off 20 balls at a strike rate of 225. Nawaz's baton charge put Bangladesh under pressure after they controlled the game in middle overs.
