PAK vs BAN: 'We are not answerable to anyone but trying to improve,' says Rizwan

CHRISTCHURCH: Man of the match against Bangladesh in the first T20I tri-series match - Mohammad Rizwan said they are working collectively to improve on weaknesses. 

Speaking after the match-winning performance against Bangladesh, Rizwan said players are not answerable to anyone. 

"We are not answerable to anyone," replied Rizwan when a reporter asked him about criticism.

"We are trying to fulfill our duties. Whoever is asking questions, if they are thinking about Pakistan, I salute them. I hope they want betterment," he added. 

Rizwan said the team management is working on players' weaknesses. "We know, we are weak in some areas, there is no doubt about it. But, team management and players are working on it," he concluded. 

The wicket-keeper batter scored unbeaten 78 runs off 50 balls laced with seven boundaries and two maximums.
