Pakistan's Ahmed Safeer breaks Indian Guinness record in full extension punches

KARACHI: Pakistan's Ahmed Safeer broke the Indian record to register his name in the Guinness World Record book for throwing the most full extension punches in one minute.

Ahmed beat India's N Narine while holding a one-kilogramme weight in his hands. He struck 301 punches to break the record of 269 punches set by his Indian counterpart.

The young mixed martial artist is a student of Irfan Mehsud, who holds 58 Guinness World Records. 

Taking to Twitter, Irfan also shared a video of both the strikers.
