'Sindh government made efforts in revival of international cricket,' Murtaza Wahab

After Australia who came to Pakistan earlier this year, England is currently on Pakistan's tour after 17 years

KARACHI: Administrator Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab credited Sindh government for playing an important role in revival of international cricket in the metropolis. 

Speaking to media on the sidelines of fourth T20I between Pakistan and England, Wahab said it's good to see big teams playing in Pakistan. 

"World's biggest teams are coming to Pakistan now which is a good sign," he said. "Sindh government played an important role in staging PSL in Karachi. After PSL, big teams started coming to Pakistan. So, Sindh government made efforts in revival of international cricket," he added. 

After Australia who came to Pakistan earlier this year, England is currently on Pakistan's tour after 17 years. 

England will complete seven T20Is before returning to the country once against for Test cricket in December this year. Later on, New Zealand is also scheduled to tour Pakistan in the end of this year.
