PAK vs ENG: Fan proposes to Babar Azam in the heat of the game

KARACHI: A diehard Babar Azam fan proposed to the star cricketer for marriage with an interesting placard during the third T20I between Pakistan and England.

Following Babar's magnificent second T20I hundred on Thursday in the second T20I, his fans turned up in numbers to watch the batter on Friday.

A female fan among them was a crazy Babar admirer as her poster read, "can we collaborate for a long-term partnership?"

Speaking to GeoSuper.tv before the match, the girl said she would be more than happy to marry Babar because her mother was already searching for a prospective suitor for her.

"Do you want to marry Babar Azam?" this correspondent asked the girl with reference to her poster. "Why not," she replied.

The girl and her poster were also showed on the TV during the match and the commentator was quick to say, "only Babar can answer that".

Pakistan lost the third T20I against England after yet another batting collapse. England currently lead the seven-match T20I series 2-1.
