KARACHI: Left-handed batter Shan Masood gathered immense praise on social media after he scored his maiden fifty in tough situation during third T20I against England here on Friday. 

Shan arrived at the crease when Pakistan were 21-3. The left-handed batter held his nerves calm and scored a fighting fifty. 

With his solid knock, Shan was applauded on internet by the fans. 

When this story was filed, Pakistan were batting at 142-6. They needed 80 off 12 balls.
