PAK vs ENG: Babar Azam becomes second-fastest to complete 8000 T20 runs

KARACHI: Pakistan skipper Babar Azam completed 8000 T20 runs during Pakistan's second T20I clash against England here at the National Stadium Karachi on Thursday.

Babar managed to get to the milestone in 218 innings, becoming the second-fastest batter after the West Indies' Chris Gayle to get to the landmark.

When this story was filed, Babar was batting with a score of 90 runs in 55 balls.

It should be mentioned here that England posted 199 runs in the scoreboard in their second T20I against the Green Shirts.
