'We have heard about conditions in Karachi from players who participated in PSL,' said Moeen Ali
KARACHI: England's stand-in captain Moeen Ali shared their plan to utilise regular captain and premium wicket-keeper batter Jos Buttler.
Moeen interacted with Karachi media on Sunday when his team arrived here at National Stadium for third consecutive day to train ahead of important T20I series against Pakistan.
To a query about Buttler's absence, Moeen said the decision is with the wicket-keeper himself.
"Buttler is very important to us. We will utilise him keeping T20 World Cup in mind. It's up to him, when he is available for the game," he said.
Karachi conditions
Moeen is aware of the conditions in Karachi. "We have heard about conditions in Karachi from players who participated in PSL," he said.
"We haven't checked the pitch as of yet. Maybe, we go out later to have a look on the pitch. I hope we'll be able to plan things accordingly," he added.
