Pakistan team departs for Asian Bodybuilding Championship

KARACHI: Pakistani bodybuilders have departed for Kyrgyzstan to participate in the Asian Bodybuilding Championship. 

On Thursday, Pakistani squad comprised of 10 bodybuilders, five officials and a staff member left for Kyrgyzstan from Karachi airport. 

The national bodybuilders will participate in 14 different categories of the event which will take place from September 2 to 5 in Bishkek. 

Before departure, president of Pakistan BodyBuilding Federation (PBBF) asked nation for prayers. "We are prepared well for the event. Inshallah we will come back with a gold medal. Pray for us," he said.
