Sindh beat Northern to register their back-to-back victories in National T20 Cup

RAWALPINDI: Sindh's opener Saim Ayub caught major attention in the third match of the National T20 Cup. 

The left-handed batter scored unbeaten 92 runs to set the tone for Sindh to beat Northern by nine runs and register their second consecutive victory in the tournament. 

Saim smashed 92 runs off 52 balls laced with six boundaries and seven maximums to help Sindh post 190-7 in 20 overs. Saad Khan contributed 26 runs including two boundaries and a six. 

Experienced Sohail Tanvir bagged three wickets for Northern. 

Later on, Mir Hamza did his job with the ball for Sindh. The left-arm pacer took three wickets to help his team restrict Northern to 180-7. Sohail Khan supported Hamza and took two wickets. 

For Northern, Nasir Nawaz scored highest 39 runs followed by Mubasir Khan's 33.
