Pakistan squash player seeks Australia visa, appeals higher authorities for help

KARACHI: National squash player Mohammad Asim Khan appealed to higher authorities to help him get Australia visa. 

Taking to Twitter, Asim shared he is scheduled to travel to Australia on August 14 for an international competition but didn't receive visa as of yet. 

"Suppose to travel to Australia on Sunday but didn’t get my visa yet, if I didn’t get till Friday then I’ll have to withdraw & this disciplinary zero will affect my ranking badly for year. One of the biggest issue we athletes face share if you know any ambassador," the national athlete wrote. 

Another national squash player Noorena Shams urged authorities to help her get visa. 

Pakistani athletes often stuck in such issues despite representing the country at international level.
