KARACHI: Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said his side didn't deserve more than a draw from a really bad game against Fulham on Saturday.

Liverpool, on Saturday, drew against a newly promoted Fulham, launching their 2022-23 season by dropping two points.

"We got a point from a really bad game from my side," Klopp said after the 2-2 draw at Craven Cottage.

"The attitude wasn't right in the beginning. We didn't deserve more. We did the opposite of what we wanted to do."

The Reds have now played five Premier League games without recording a clean sheet.

"The performance was a defeat - the result is not a defeat, but the performance was a defeat, and that's why we have to figure out what happened.

"Playing the way we played is not how we should play, and that's why my frustration about that is pretty high," he added.

Liverpool will have more than a week to reflect on what went wrong at Fulham before facing Crystal Palace at Anfield on August 15.
