Pakistan women's football team arrive in Lahore ahead of training camp

LAHORE: Pakistan women's football team arrived at the Pakistan Football Federation's (PFF) football house here in Lahore ahead of the training camp.
Details indicate that the Pakistan women's team will participate in the SAFF Championship in September.
The national women's team members gathered at team hotel before making their way to the Football House for a brief team session and were presented with training kits for camp.
Earlier, the national football governing body had called 61 players for trials for the camp and selected 36 players.
It should be noted here that the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) restored Pakistan's international membership last month.
PFF had faced the ban after the Ashfaq Group's takeover of the football house.
