Women's players finally get hockey sticks during training for Indoor Asia Cup

Provincial minister Shehla Raza arranged hockey sticks for female players for training ahead of Indoor Women's Asia Cup 2022

KARACHI: Pakistan hockey players were training ahead of the Indoor Women's Asia Cup 2022 without hockey sticks for five days. 

Finally, Provincial Minister For Women Development - Sindh, Shehla Raza, arranged hockey sticks for the female hockey players who will travel to Thailand to participate in Indoor Women's Asia Cup. 

On Tuesday here at Abdul Sattar Hockey Stadium, Shehla met female players and distributed hockey sticks among them. 

The Asian event will take place from August 8 to 15 in Thailand. Pakistan women's team has never played even a local indoor match before this tournament.
