PHF announces dates to hold elections countrywide
The committee formed by the PSB has nominated Chaudhry Muhammad Riaz as Chief Election Commissioner
KARACHI: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has announced dates to hold elections for the national hockey governing body, including District and Provincial Associations 2022-26.
According to the details, the elections will be held from August 5 to August 20 as per Pakistan Hockey Federation Constitution 2010. PHF's Central Elections will be held on August 19.
Meanwhile, the committee formed by the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has nominated Chaudhry Muhammad Riaz as the Chief Election Commissioner.
Moreover, a member of the election committee said that elections of District Hockey Associations will be completed by August 13, while Olympian Nasir Ali confirmed that hockey clubs were scrutinized in the Chief of Army Staff Inter-Club Hockey Championship, and elections of provincial hockey associations will be completed by August 17.
