KARACHI: As many as nine Pakistani cricketers will be in action during the upcoming season of Lanka Premier League (LPL).
A total of 353 players from across the world registered in LPL's players' draft. Pakistani all-rounder Imad Wasim was among the most expensive players.

Asif Ali - picked up Colombo Stars for $50,000
Faheem Ashraf - picked up by Galle Gladiators for $50,000
Shoaib Malik - retained by Jaffna Kings for $40,000
Haider Ali - picked up by Dambulla Giants for $25,000
Azam Khan - picked up by Galle Gladiators for $25,000
Shahnawaz Dahani - picked up by Jaffna Kings for $25,000
Usman Shinwari - picked up by Candy Falcons for $15,000
Sarfaraz Ahmed - picked up by Galle Gladiators for $15,000
LPL will be played this year from August 31 in Sri Lanka.
