Carmella becomes inaugural winner of women's Money in the Bank match

AMERICA: Carmella beat Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Asuka & Becky Lynch via pinfall to win the inaugural women's Money in the Bank match. 

According to the details, Bianca Belair opened the show with an announcement of Rhea Ripley's ouster from the game due to medical reasons.

Hence, Carmella alongside Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Asuka & Becky Lynch will fight in the Raw women's title match at Money in the Bank. 

Carmella made some sense as the choice to face Belair here. Her presence isn't needed in the ladder match at Money in the Bank and she is just legitimate enough given her history to make a fine late-replacement challenger. 

With this win, Carmella has now got an opportunity to win the Raw women's title. The show is scheduled for July 2 in Las Vegas.
