Pakistan's first female MMA fighter Anita Karim seeking sponsorship for knee surgery

KARACHI: Pakistan's first and only female MMA fighter Anita Karim Monday requested help with her knee surgery.

Anita recently defeated her Australian opponent Uyen Ha to become the first fighter from Pakistan to win under the banner of Fairtex Fight Promotion at Lumpinee Stadium, Bangkok.

Taking to her official Twitter handle, the 25-year-old rising star asked for help with treatment.

"Call for sponsors to help towards my knee surgery!" she wrote.

It should be noted here that in 2019, she also won the ONE Warrior Series (OWS) held in Indonesia.
