LAHORE: The Pakistan cricket team will train in Rawalpindi ahead of the two-match Test series against Sri Lanka, scheduled to take place in July, sources reported Friday.
According to the sources, the players for the eight-day training camp will report on June 25 and start training on June 26.
Meanwhile, the national squad for the Sri Lanka tour will be announced next week.
Earlier, the three-match ODI series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka was called off after Sri Lanka Cricket requested the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) due to Lanka Premier League.
The Test series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be played in July, however the exact schedule has yet to be determined.
