KARACHI: Former Pakistani pacer Mohammad Asif has impressed Green Shirts' fast bowler Rumman Raees who claimed 'when he talks cricket becomes much easier'.
In an Instagram post, Raees shared a picture of their meeting and heaped massive praise on Asif and said that he was "super impressed" by his knowledge and the way he conveyed it.
"Had a great chat with Asif Bhai today. Super impressed by his knowledge and the way he conveys it. When he talks, Cricket becomes much easier. All the very best wishes for you Asif Bhai," Raees wrote.
It should be mentioned here that Asif represented Pakistan in 72 international matches and claimed 165 wickets. In 2010, Asif was charged with spot-fixing — bowling pre-planned and deliberate no-balls against England at Lord's — causing the International Cricket Council (ICC) to hand him a seven-year ban, with two years suspended, in February 2011.
