Aqeel Khan beats Yousuf Khalil in quarter-final of 39th Chief of Air Staff Khyber Cup

KARACHI: On the fourth day of the 39th Chief of Air Staff Khyber Cup Tennis Tournament, several matches in various categories were held.

Aqeel Khan defeated Yousuf Khalil 6-2, 6-3 in the men's quarterfinals.

Muhammad Abid defeated Mudassar Murtaza 6-4, 6-3, Muzammil Murtaza defeated Heera Ashiq 6-4, 6-3, and Muhammad Shoaib defeated Barkatullah 7-5, 6-4 in the other quarterfinals.

Meanwhile, Saqib Hayat, Asadullah, and Hashish Kumar, Parbat Kumar registered wins in round two of the Men's Doubles.

In Men's Doubles round two, Imran Bhatti, Ahmed Babar, Ahmed Kamil, and Ahmed Asjad also won.

In the Under-18 Singles quarter-final, Sami Zeb, Hashish Kumar, Ahmed Nayel, and Mahathir Mohammad secured wins in their respective matches.

Issa Fahad, Zaheeb Afzal and Zaheeb Amjad won the under-12 singles quarterfinals.

The final of the 39th Chief of Air Staff Khyber Cup Tennis Tournament will be played on May 26.
