LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to form an infrastructure committee to host the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
According to sources, the committee will work on infrastructure development projects to get ready to host the International Cricket Council's (ICC) marquee event.
The committee will be comprised of independent people alongside two members of the national cricket governing body who will suggest betterment of the infrastructure.
Arif Saeed and Javed Qureshi will be members of the PCB in the committee.
Sources further told Geo News that the cricket board is considering to develop three venues for hosting the mega event.
It should be mentioned here that Pakistan are currently holding the prestigious Champions Trophy title as it last took place in 2017.
