WOLVERHAMPTON: After a 5-1 win away at Wolves, Manchester City moved three points clear of Liverpool at the top of the Premier League standings with just two games remaining.

At Molineux, Kevin de Bruyne scored a left-footed hat-trick in the first half and a fourth to help City go three points clear of Liverpool.

Bernardo Silva set up De Bruyne for his first goal, a shot over Jose Sa into the bottom corner, and City were off to a flying start.

However, Pedro Neto cut the ball back to Leandro Dendoncker, who scored the equaliser.

De Bruyne, on the other hand, was a man on a mission and quickly put City back in front when Sa's blunder dropped into his path.

The Belgian's third goal was pure genius, as he scored with his weaker foot from beyond the box to complete the hat-trick.

De Bruyne scored again at the hour mark, this time with his right foot.

In the 84th minute, Raheem Sterling scored City's fifth goal from close range.
