PHOENIX: Devin Booker spearheaded a third-quarter rally as the Phoenix Suns upset the Dallas Mavericks 110-80 in the Western Conference semi-finals, taking a 3-2 lead.
Shortly after halftime, the Mavericks had pulled within one point, 49-48.
Booker, on the other hand, scored 12 of his 28 points in the third quarter, as the Suns outscored Dallas 33-14 to seize control.
By winning game six on Thursday, the Suns can seal a spot in the conference finals, but the away team has yet to win in the best-of-seven series.
Phoenix's Deandre Ayton had 20 points, while teammates Mikal Bridges and Cameron Johnson each had 14 points.
For the Mavericks, Luka Doncic had 28 points and 11 rebounds, while Jalen Brunson had 21.
