KARACHI: Former Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir has signed with Gloucestershire County Cricket Club as a replacement for Naseem Shah, who had sustained a shoulder injury.
After a prolonged break and having last played first-class cricket in 2019, Amir has made his return after three years.
Gloucestershire CCC signed the left-arm pacer for three matches, which he will play against Surrey, Hampshire, and Somerset.
Amir has joined his team in the United Kingdom, and he will play his first match on April 28.
