Watch: Waqar Younis sings national song on Pakistan Day amid Lahore Test

LAHORE: Former legendary fast bowler of the Pakistan Cricket team Waqar Younis has sung a national song on the occasion of Pakistan Day amid the title-deciding Test between Pakistan and Australia at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

As Pakistanis are nationwide celebrating Pakistan Day, the commentary team — Sikandar Bakht, Waqar Younis, and Simon Katich — of the Lahore Test held Pakistani flags and wore green to join the celebrations of the historic occasion.

Meanwhile, presenter Zainab Abbas asked Waqar to sing something on the historic occasion, and the former Pakistan coach sang a national song — "Yeh Watan Tumhara Hai".

Day three of the final Test has resumed at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium, and Azhar Ali and Abdullah Shafique are at the crease, looking to put their team in a strong position.
